We are responsible for the development of Miney, a real asset management application, and the maintenance of the various systems of Valuence Brain, which consolidates the vast amount of transaction data of the entire Valuence Group. We also develop AI appraisals for brand-name goods and support external companies in introducing AI.

We operate the real estate brokerage “Nanboya Real Estate”. For customers we have met through the purchase of brand-name goods, art works, and antiques, as well as customers with real estate concerns, we calculate the asset value of their real estate and propose living environments that are suitable for their changing lifestyles and life stages.
