(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Norihiko Shimura) have announced that, as of December 1, 2020, they have launched a partnership relating to customer introduction and other activities between brand purchase business Nanboya and Nanboya Real Estate (operated respectively by each company) with Aqualine Ltd. (Headquarters: Hiroshima-shi, Hiroshima; Representative: Takeshi Okochi).

Customer Referral from Aqualine to Expand Touchpoints

Under the theme of water, Aqualine aims to create services that ease the stresses and strains of daily life that people often take for granted, improving life environments and lifestyle quality. The company provides water supply product emergency repair services and sells mineral water.
Valuence Japan and Valuence Real Estate are engaged in the purchase of luxury branded goods and the brokerage of real estate for the general public, respectively. Through Aqualine’s sales activities, these Valuence companies can offer consultation of real assets (e.g. luxury branded goods and real estate) to Aqualine’s customers, enhancing customer-facing services for Aqualine and growing customer touchpoints for the Valuence Group. These are the intended purposes of this new partnership.

Going forward with this partnership, the Valuence Group companies will use tools such as pamphlets and questionnaires to interview Aqualine customers regarding real asset sale and management. Further, they will strive to propose an optimal lifestyle for customers from a dual perspective of water and sale/management of real assets.​​
