Valuence Holdings Inc. (Tokyo; Shinsuke Sakimoto, representative director and president; the “Company”) announced that the Company received a B score in the Climate Change category in the 2025 CDP survey conducted by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)*, an international nonprofit environmental rating organization.
The B score the Company received in the CDP assessment corresponds to Management Level, the third-highest level in the CDP rating framework. This level recognizes companies that identify climate change–related risks and opportunities, establish strategies, targets, and concrete actions, and implement those initiatives alongside appropriate disclosure.
The Company set targets to reduce GHG emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 50% by fiscal 2027 and 90% by fiscal 2030, using fiscal 2023 as the base year. The Company transitioned to renewable electricity at purchasing and sales locations in an effort to achieve these targets. The Company also aims to obtain Science Based Targets (SBT) certification for GHG emissions reduction targets, including Scope 3, during fiscal 2026.
