This team includes watchmakers with over 30 years of experience, certified graduate gemologists recognized around the world, and category/brand specialists, and estate agents with a wealth of experience in luxury brand bags, watches, jewelry, antiques, art objects, and more. All concierges and appraisers receive training in product knowledge, valuation methods, and customer service. Only those individuals who have passed strict internal testing are allowed to work with customers in our offices.

Hakkoudo locations offer a quiet atmosphere and comfortable temperatures to encourage calm, considered interactions with customers. We are also concerned with customer privacy. To this end, we provide private booths that foster a relaxed feeling.

All Valuence buying offices are conveniently located near public transportation, which encourages customers to drop by when they are out on other business. We also place locations within department stores and shopping malls for customers to enjoy shopping after selling us items they no longer need. In addition to buying offices, we offer buying by mail and in-home buying throughout Japan, as well as LINE appraisal (convenient appraisal through the LINE app) for the convenience of customers who are busy or who might live some distance from our physical locations.
