The NANBOYA Watch Repair Workshop Opens​ in Hong Kong!​

Valuence Group company Valuence International Limited (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China; Susumu Muguruma, president) has announced that it has launched the NANBOYA Watch Repair Workshop service in Hong Kong as of December 17th, 2020.​

Bringing Greater Meaning to Customers Before They Sell Their Goods​

Since opening its first Hong Kong location of the Nanboya chain in July 2011, Valuence International has proposed an eco-friendly, smart lifestyle, taking goods that might otherwise be disposed of and enabling customers to sell them instead, establishing a link for these desired goods between their former owners and their new owners on a daily basis. ​
Meanwhile, Nanboya seeks to enrich the time that its customers spend with their goods, in the period between purchase for themselves and conveying them to their next ​owners; to that end, Nanboya has launched a watch repair service in Hong Kong, leveraging existing expertise built up in identical services offered in Japan.​

This new NANBOYA Watch Repair Workshop service was launched with the aim of creating more meaning for the time between when a customer takes possession of their watch and when they sell that watch off through the appeal of regular maintenance. Further, the service looks to build firmer trust relationships between Nanboya and its customers by establishing touchpoints before the stage at which a customer would consider sale of their watch.​

About the NANBOYA Watch Repair Workshop​

NANBOYA Watch Repair Workshop services have been launched at the building occupied by Valuence International’s office and Nanboya’s flagship Hong Kong office in Tsim Sha Tsui. In Hong Kong, demand is high not only for wristwatches but also desk clocks; here, Valuence International is taking action in parallel to its social media-focused public relations and other work, using its repair and maintenance services to extend the useful lifetime of cherished watches for as many customers as possible. In addition, locally-hired and experienced watch technicians will provide the same high quality of service as found in Japan to customers in Hong Kong, proactively taking in customer watches and offering a tailored, courteous customer service and repair and maintenance support.​
