The Valuence Group offers life-changing value tailored to all stakeholders, encouraging every person in the world to live true to yourself. Valuence Holdings Inc. (Tokyo; Shinsuke Sakimoto, representative director) announced that the company was certified on March 9, 2022 as a 2022 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

Active Pursuit of Health Management and Work-Style Reform

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) recognizes large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and other entities under the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program. Recognition is granted to particularly outstanding examples of health management based on an entity’s efforts to address local health issues and to promote health in line with the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. On March 9, 2022, Valuence Holdings was certified as a 2022 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) in recognition of the company’s initiatives related to health management and work-style reform.

The Valuence Group Philosophy is to encourage people to live true to themselves. Customer interaction facilitated through the company’s businesses supports every individual to live true to themselves and strive for a better life in the future. In this context, the company encourages its employees to live true to themselves. To this end, Valuence adopted systems including flextime and flexplace to allow employees more fulfilling moments at work and in private. The company emphasizes appropriate work hours and work-life balance. As part of efforts to promote mental and physical health, Valuence conducts semi-annual employee satisfaction surveys and monthly pulse surveys. In this way, the group identifies matters to follow up with employees who have concerns about work, relationships, or health. The company also encourages employees to take on new challenges. To this end, Valuence engages in internal recruitment and internal dual careers (internal side jobs). The company also fosters live-true-to-yourself attitudes among employees by offering four-day workweeks and other diverse work styles.
