The new service, launched October 2020 at the flagship Mitsukoshi store in Nihonbashi, is designed to create a future for unused belongings. Since launch, i’m green has been sending treasured items lying dormant in customer homes, as well as items still usable but not thrown out, to places where they can be used to create a new future.
